Effective Date: June 18, 2025
This Privacy Policy describes how Voicemix Inc. ("we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, and shares information about you through our mobile application, Unchat (the "Service"). This policy also describes your rights and choices regarding your information. By using our Service, you agree to the collection, use, and disclosure of information in accordance with this policy.
1. Information We Collect
We collect information in various ways to provide and improve our Service:
Information You Provide to Us Directly:
Account Information: When you create an account, we collect your name and email address. We may also collect your username and password if you create an account directly with us. Your username (if applicable) may be publicly visible if you participate in any public features of the Service.
User Content: We collect the content you create, upload, or provide when interacting with our AI assistant, which may include text, photos, videos, and audio recordings ("User Content").
Preferences: We may store your preferences related to how you use the Service, such as notification settings, which may be associated with your account or device.
Feedback and Support: If you contact us for support, to provide feedback, or make an inquiry, we may collect your name, contact details, and any information you provide in your communication to help us address your query.
Information from Third-Party Services (with your permission):
Authentication: If you choose to register or log in using a third-party service like Google Sign-In, we will receive information from that service, such as your name and email address, as authorized by you through that service's privacy settings.
Optional Access to Google Services: To enhance your experience, you may choose to grant Kalia access to certain Google services like your Google Calendar and Gmail. This access is entirely optional and not required for the app's core functionality. You can revoke this access at any time through your Google account settings.
- Google Calendar: If you grant permission, we will use this access to read, compose, or modify calendar events in your Google Calendar, only upon your explicit commands through the assistant.
- Gmail: If you grant permission, we will use this access solely to compose and send emails from your Gmail account on your behalf, only upon your explicit commands through the assistant. We will not request nor have the ability to read your existing emails in Gmail.
Information We Collect Automatically:
Usage Data: We collect information about how you interact with the Service, such as your IP address, browser type, operating system, device identifiers (like IDFA or Android Advertising ID), the features you use, the actions you take, access times, and the frequency and duration of your activities.
Crash Data: If the Service crashes, we may collect information about the crash, including device information and the state of the application at the time of the crash, to help us diagnose and fix issues.
Cookies and Similar Tracking Technologies: We and our third-party partners may use cookies (small text files placed on your device), pixel tags, web beacons, and similar technologies to collect information about your browsing activities, to personalize your experience, analyze Service usage, and for advertising purposes. You can control the use of cookies at the individual browser level.
Do Not Track: Some web browsers may transmit "Do Not Track" signals. We currently do not take action in response to these signals.
Information from Other Third Parties:
We may receive information about you from other sources, including third-party services and organizations. For example, if you access our Services through a third-party application, such as an app store, we may collect information about you from that third-party application that you have made public via your privacy settings. We may also receive data from analytics services or fraud prevention services to enhance our Service and protect against fraudulent activity.

5. Your Choices and Rights
You have certain choices and rights regarding the information we collect and how it is used:
Account Information: You may update or correct your account information at any time by accessing your account settings within the Service.
Email Communications: You can opt-out of receiving promotional or marketing emails from us by following the unsubscribe instructions provided in those emails. If you opt-out, we may still send you non-promotional communications, such as those about your account or our ongoing business relations.
Cookies and Tracking Technologies: Most web browsers are set to accept cookies by default. If you prefer, you can usually choose to set your browser to remove or reject browser cookies. Please note that if you choose to remove or reject cookies, this could affect the availability and functionality of our Service.

To exercise these rights, please contact us using the details provided below. We will respond to your request in accordance with applicable law.
Location Data: If we were to collect precise location data (we currently do not specify this for Kalia's core functionality beyond IP-based general location), you would typically be able to manage this through your device settings.
6. Data Security and Retention
We take reasonable measures, including administrative, technical, and physical safeguards, to protect your information from loss, theft, misuse, unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, and destruction. However, no internet or email transmission is ever fully secure or error-free, so we cannot guarantee absolute security. Please protect your account credentials and notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
We retain your information for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes outlined in this policy, provide the Service, resolve disputes, enforce our agreements, and comply with our legal obligations, unless a longer retention period is required or permitted by law.
7. Children's Privacy
The Service is intended for users who are 18 years of age or older. We do not target or knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you are between the ages of 13 and 17, you may only use the Service under the supervision and with the consent of a parent or legal guardian who agrees to be bound by these terms. If we become aware that we have collected personal information from a child under 13 without verifiable parental consent, we will take steps to remove that information. If you believe we might have any information from or about a child under 13, please contact us.
8. International Users
Your information may be transferred to, and maintained on, computers located outside of your state, province, country, or other governmental jurisdiction where the privacy laws may not be as protective as those in your jurisdiction. If you are located outside the United States and choose to provide information to us, please note that we transfer the information, including personal information, to the United States and process it there. Your consent to this Privacy Policy followed by your submission of such information represents your agreement to that transfer.
